14 Days Returns Warranty

If you have received a defective, damaged, wrong size or wrong product within 14 days of receiving the item, please immediately email us. Please notice that we don't provide exchange services.

How to Reach Us

Please send an email to support@iloveanimalsclothing.com and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU information. For defective, incorrect or not-as-described items, please send us the picture or video to showcase the problem. Then you will receive instructions and our warehouse address for return. The return shipping fee will be at your own cost. It can take 20-30 days for a returned item to reach us, depending on the courier you choose.
